Operating philosophy
The firm operates on five principles that shape every enquiry, order and despatch. First, specifications come before brands. When a buyer sends a bill of quantities the yard treats the grade, size and standard as the binding parameters of the order; brand preferences are accommodated where possible but never allowed to displace a specification. Second, documentation is part of the product. Every invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan and goods receipt note is issued on time and in a form that can be audited against the purchase order and the GST return. Third, logistics is not an afterthought. The yard schedules despatches against the destination pincode, the site access constraints and the required-by date, and every truck leaves the yard with a loading sheet, a weigh-bridge slip and proof of documentation reconciliation. Fourth, quality checks happen at receipt, not in dispute. Every consignment is inspected for damage, quantity and grade before it leaves the yard, and the buyer receives the inspection notes alongside the delivery challan. Fifth, the firm declines any business that it cannot serve honestly; a material that is not in stock is not quoted and a delivery window that cannot be met is not accepted.
Documentation discipline
The nine-step documentation flow used on every order runs from initial enquiry through to final reconciliation. The buyer sends a specification, typically a BOQ line or a photograph of a printed quote. The yard returns a written quotation with brand, grade, unit rate, GST and delivery terms. The buyer issues a purchase order and the yard raises a proforma invoice. On receipt of advance payment where applicable, the yard loads the consignment and generates the e-way bill and the delivery challan. The truck departs with the loading sheet, the weigh-bridge slip and a copy of the delivery challan. On arrival at site the buyer signs the proof of delivery, the yard issues the tax invoice, and the goods receipt note is issued against the delivery challan. Any short quantity, damage or specification deviation is recorded on the goods receipt note within the agreed inspection window. The full set of documents is reconciled against the purchase order and the settlement is closed within the agreed payment period.
Scope of supply
The yard stocks or supplies to order across eight consumer-facing categories. Cement and binders covers Ordinary Portland Cement in 43 and 53 grades, Portland Pozzolana Cement, Portland Slag Cement, white cement, wall putty and ready-mix mortars. Tiles and stone covers glazed vitrified tiles, double-charge and full-body vitrified, wall tiles, outdoor pavers and engineered stone slabs. Paints and coatings covers interior emulsions, exterior weatherproof emulsions, wood and metal finishes, primers and putties. Adhesives and chemicals covers tile adhesives, epoxy grouts, construction sealants, concrete admixtures and curing compounds.
